Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ong24a website, accessible at https://ong24a.cam, and all associated services, features, betting products, and promotional programmes operated under the ong24a brand ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us").

By creating an account on ong24a, accessing any section of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the ong24a Platform.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ong24a Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Ong24a enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and requires KYC documentation to verify age before any withdrawal is processed. This requirement applies universally to all Users regardless of location.
• You are registering the Account for your own personal use only. Corporate, syndicate, or third-party-managed accounts are not permitted without prior written authorisation from ong24a.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or acting on behalf of a person in any Restricted Territory where use of the ong24a Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ong24a or any associated partner entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ong24a or had an account closed by ong24a for breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each eligible User may hold only one registered Account on the ong24a Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any outstanding balances where fraud is confirmed.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address, and preferred currency (MYR). You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information provided and must notify ong24a promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Ong24a will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ong24a customer support immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be applied to your Account without delay.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, ong24a requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (national identity card), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may also be required for accounts exceeding specified transaction thresholds. Ong24a reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal privileges pending satisfactory verification.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the ong24a Platform, you agree to use the Service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage exploitation, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate odds or outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes in betting markets or casino games. Any winnings arising from identified technical errors may be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or facilitate any financial crime. Ong24a complies with anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory through VPN, proxy, or any other means of location concealment.
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that could disrupt, damage, overburden, or impair the operation of the Service for other Users.

Ong24a reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where any of the above prohibited activities are identified or reasonably suspected. All decisions made by ong24a in this regard are final.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions on the ong24a Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Ong24a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively to and from the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page, which include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the cashier for current minimums applicable to your selected payment channel.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your Account instantly upon successful confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank are typically credited within 5–10 minutes of successful authorisation.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after one network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Ong24a does not charge fees on deposits. Any transaction charges levied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the User.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the Account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. For verified accounts, MYR withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Ong24a reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request where security or compliance concerns exist.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through prohibited activities will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

Ong24a offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses claimed on ong24a are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly at the point of offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are drawn upon, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Ong24a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or reclaim bonus funds from an Account where abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Each eligible User may claim each promotional offer only once. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless stated otherwise.

Birthday Bonus

Eligible registered Users may receive a birthday bonus credited to their Account within 24 hours of their registered date of birth, subject to account verification and minimum prior activity requirements. The bonus amount is determined by the User's active VIP tier at the time of the birthday. Birthday bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements as communicated in the promotional terms.

Refer a Friend

Users may earn referral rewards of MYR 38 per successful referral by sharing their unique referral code with friends. A referral is deemed successful when the referred individual completes registration using the referral code, passes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit meeting the minimum threshold. Both the referring User and the referred User receive the stated reward subject to the standard wagering requirement applicable to referral bonuses.

Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino activity on the ong24a Platform is governed by the specific product rules applicable to each market type, game, or event. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, ong24a will assess the status of affected bets on a case-by-case basis using server records. The decision of ong24a regarding such bets is final and binding.
• Ong24a reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement, irregular betting patterns, or data feed issues.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds recorded at the moment of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds for that bet.
• Ong24a does not accept bets placed after an event has commenced unless the relevant Live Betting market is explicitly open and available on the Platform at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per User per day. These limits may be adjusted by ong24a at its discretion and may differ between individual accounts based on risk assessment criteria.

Responsible Gambling

Ong24a is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their betting activity. Gambling on the Platform is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a strategy for resolving financial difficulties.

All registered Users have access to the following responsible gambling tools from within their Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing the account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ong24a Platform, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all such content, is the property of ong24a or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, translation, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ong24a.

The ong24a name, logo, and all related product names and slogans are trademarks of ong24a. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any ong24a trademark without the express written permission of ong24a.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ong24a, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system damage.

Ong24a does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ong24a makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform or its content.

In no event shall ong24a's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User into their ong24a Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

Ong24a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Multiple account creation by the same individual.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• User request for Account closure or self-exclusion.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the minimum age of 21.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms breach, ong24a reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request without any Terms breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

Amendments to Terms

Ong24a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
